CALGARY+acumen is excited to announce our next salon event: Self-Awareness.
In today’s world, a plethora of tips, courses and training exists to help individuals build on their leadership skills. But how do we determine what is truly important and meaningful to us? And how do we ensure we are making decisions that align with these goals?
This salon is very much about identifying and living true to a genuine purpose. Participants will come together in an open setting to discuss some of the challenges of, and techniques for, being self-aware. Over coffee and drinks, participants will explore what it means to live a life of purpose and how decisions can be made to align with what is meaningful to them.
Like other Salons, the evening promises to be a casual, informative and fun way to explore a topic and meet fellow members of the community. And whether you’re looking for a coffee or an evening cap, Cafe Rosso promises to offer an intimate and relaxed setting for the night!
Spaces are limited and have historically booked fast, so we do encourage you to sign up quickly to save your spot. Don’t forget to watch the pre-videos! We’ll see you on the 19th.
Tickets are on a first come, first serve basis and are limited to 20 seats for a more intimate evening. To register for this event, please visit eventbrite here: http://calgaryacumensalon2013feb.eventbrite.com/.
There are no right or wrong answers and we’re not trying to solve problems by the end of each night. The purpose of the Salon is simply to have a great conversation with really interesting people. CALGARY+acumen chapter members will be at each table to help guide the conversation. Drinks, desserts, and additional items are available for purchase during the Salon.
